ToolPlank offers free online tools for developers and writers that run in your browser. We may add, change, limit or remove any tool, or the whole site, at any time and without notice. We try to keep everything running, but we don't promise that the site will always be available or free of errors.

Please use the site lawfully and considerately. You agree not to:

• use the site to break the law or someone else's rights, or to process content you have no right to use;
• disrupt, overload or attack the site or its hosting, including with automated traffic that harms performance;
• probe for vulnerabilities, bypass security or access parts of the site you aren't meant to;
• copy the site's guides or design at scale, or present them as your own;
• use the site to build malware or to harm other people.

If you misuse the site, we may block your access without notice.

Whatever you type, paste or load into a tool is your content, and it stays yours. We claim no rights to it. Because the tools run in your browser, we don't receive or store it. You are responsible for what you enter, and you should only use content you are allowed to use.

Results are generated automatically from your input. We test the tools carefully, but we can't guarantee that every result is correct, complete or right for your purpose. Check anything that matters before you rely on it, especially production data, configuration files and anything involving other people's information. The design, code, logo, guides and other written content of the site belong to ToolPlank or its operator and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may use the tools freely and link to any page. You may not copy, republish or sell our written content or code without written permission, except for short quotes that link back to the source. Names and logos of other companies belong to their owners.

The site may display ads from Google AdSense and may link to other websites. We don't control them, we aren't responsible for their content, and a link or an ad is not an endorsement. Your dealings with advertisers or other sites are between you and them. Our Privacy Policy explains how advertising cookies work.

To the fullest extent the law allows, the site and its tools are provided 'as is' and 'as available', without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent the law allows, ToolPlank and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits or business, that arise from your use of the site or its results, or from not being able to use them. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, or removes rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Pakistan, except where the law of your own country gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
